A service staff member who has drawn customer complaints in the past (as discussed on this board) has been terminated.
I had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Verpiand's new May foie gras menu on the 1st, and I can testify that the food and service were superb.
Great to hear, a shame about their service problem.
I've only had brunch there and might give dinner a chance. How busy does this place get for Friday/Saturday dinner? Is it quiet enough to have comfortable conversation? I tend to make reservations on short notice, and prefer places with enough space for privacy.
