Restaurant for 30+ in Charlotte

My buddy is getting married in Charlotte and his rehersal dinner was going to be at Table (which we now learned is closing its doors.) They can accomodate him at their sister restuarant Blue. Has anyone been? Are there any other spots for a large group he should look into instead or is this a good option? Thanks in advance.

Kudos to all esp waitress. I may sneak over to Bonterra for a Sunday meal if that is possible. Because of the location, we'll probably stick with Blue although I have peaked some interest with other places mentioned so who knows.

Blue is very good. I would stick with that if it's already set. The other suggestions are good as well.

Bentley's on 27th has a private room. It is on the 27th floor of the Charlotte Plaza building and has a good view of the city.

Are you sure that Table is closing? Someone mentioned this a while ago but I drive by all the time and it looks open to me.

Another good spot for a large group is upstairs at Bonterra.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Monticello, which is uptown on Tryon. It was great - the food was excellent, the service was perfect, and they have an upstairs private room.

We had about 50 people....
