Is there something specific you're looking for? There are a lot of places in the Valley. For example, Stax Burger Bistro in Scottsdale serves burgers made from a variety of meats, including buffalo and ostrich. One of the more exotic meats I've recently run across is grilled antelope at Cork in Chandler (www.corkrestaurant.net).

re: aaronling
Last time I was at South Beach in Scottsdale, I noticed they had alligator on menu. Also, Cholla, a restaurant at Casino AZ, has elk tenderloin. The only place I can remember seeing bear meat was Kokopelli Winery in Chandler. They do an annual wild game festival (in the fall, I think) that features bear and other types of meat.
