Racines in Paris - anyone been?
I'll be in Paris on a Monday night next week, and sadly my two favourite bistros will both be closed - Les Papilles and Chez L'Ami Jean. So I was thinking of checking out Racines, which is relatively new I understand, or maybe La Ferrandaise. Can anyone shed any insights on either?

Haven't been yet, but it is very appreciated, has the best ingredients, prepared very simply, and is first and foremost a wine shop.
