Steak with wine sauce ( pref south Bay )

I am looking for steak places which specifically serve steaks with an interesting red wine sauce and not the usual butter/ mushroom demi glace. I am not a big fan of the "meaty" steak & am more interested in the flavor of the sauce than the cut of the meat itself..

Recommendations in the city are also welcome...
