Hi,

I'm going to lunch tomorrow at Jean-Georges and was just wondering if people had recommendations for particular dishes. They all look delicious, so I'd definitely have a hard time deciding what to order! Thanks!

Had lunch there recently and loved it so dont know if you can go wrong, however some dishes were better than others.

The Foie Gras Brulee was fantastic but the accompaniments have changed.
Not much else is still on the menu and its been about a month,
Wasn't crazy about the Scallops and cauliflower
PS. we did wine pairings with lunch which was nice but added quite a bit to the price. So with added course and wine came to around 300 for two.

I dont know if that was even any help. Enjoy.

The foie gras always been a favorite. I do like their sea urchin dish, the tuna ribbons, and the sweetbreads. But I haven't been to JG proper in a while; only Nougatine two weeks ago which serves a slightly different menu and the food's cooked in a different kitchen.

        Skate! Skate! Skate!

The sea urchin is also very good.
