Toronto poutine??

I had the most amazing poutine last summer at Bymark. It was lobster with a delish sauce with chees curds (no clue what the sauce was) and hand-cut fries. Soooo amazing!! Pricey but amaaazing. Anyhow I told a friend of mine to go there and have it and sadly they said it's not on the menu anymore. Soooo any amazing poutine recos in Toronto??

It's darn good there (my favourite poutine), and changes regularly.

Current version is with pulled pork. Very yummy! However, the best version must be the one with shredded oxtail! Reminds me of a similar dish I had at the Michelin 1* 'Auberge du Soleil' in Napa valley, California.
