Large group dining options in Lower Manhattan?

Hey chowhounds! I'll be bringing a high maintenance group of academics to an Asia-related conference in October. We'll be going up to the city next week to scout locations to bring this intrepid group of 40-50 to dine.

Requirements in an ideal world: A private room that can accommodate 40-50 guests, seated banquet.

A/V options available.

Price range is flexible...but for a fixed menu, probably anywhere between $45-100/per head.

We're staying and working on Washington Square, so walking distance would be ideal but we can be flexible here too.

Food type doesnt matter, nor ambiance really.

Thanks for your help!

Dolce Vita on Grand Street. Was there just last weekend with my girl friends and had a great time. Good spot too for a party of your size. They took great care of us and I for one loved the ambiance. Just recently discovered it.
