Does anybody know what kind of cleaver I have seen in the food network. Mario uses one and I have seen some other chefs use this thing. It has an orange handle on it and a HUGH curved blade?
Thats the one I've seen used to break down large pieces of meat. The challenger uses it on the goat episode of ICA in season 7. I can't remember what Alton calls it.
