The whole purpose of the trip is to do a tour of delicious street vendor food. I'm looking for lots of variety, small scale - to large scale and the key will be to experience as many types of food vendors as possible. ..I will be there for 3 days, can anyone recommend some places not to be missed? There are many posts on Flushing on the Outer Boroughs Boards, and hopefully people will weigh in on Chinatown. If you can consider Banh Mi to be street vendor food (a small kitchen in the back of a jewelry store) try Saigon No. 1 Banh Mi on Mott St. Also, the Halal cart on 6th and 53rd, SW corner, after 7:30, is a must.
