Ingredients in the halal carts sauce?
I was wondering if anyone knows waht spices go into the yellow sauce the cart guys use for their grilled chix?
I know it is yogurt based and i smell cinamon, garlic, cumin and probably tumeric.
Anyone else - I would love to be able to reverse-engineer some.
