      <content>Interesting that the Food Maven recipe used flour.  My recipe uses roasted almond flour, toasted then ground sesame seeds, honey and sesame oil.  The only cooking is in the toasting of the almonds and the skillet roasting of the sesame seeds.  I suspect there are as many recipes for halva as there are peoples who make it!  Sometimes I'll mix unsweetened dark cocoa powder into honey and swirl that through the halva.  I LOVE halva! </content>
