Upscale restaurants that are still baby-friendly?

We have out of town guests coming in next weekend with a 6 month old baby. They appreciate good food, as do we, so we don't want to end up going to Cheesecake Factory or the like. Any recs for restaurants which are reasonably baby-friendly and have high chairs but also high food quality, preferably in DC but anywhere inside the beltway's fine. I know there's several good ethnic/Asian places which are baby-friendly but I'm thinking something a little more upscale - not super fancy $100/pp, but maybe along the lines of Jaleo, Zaytinya, Rasika (which seem to already be booked, or else I'd try them).

For an alternative to Rasika, Heritage has excellent Indian food. I'm not sure if they have high chairs but I don't think a baby would be a problem there.
