ISO bakeries growing own wheat, etc.

Hello~! I just heard on CNN about bakeries in Massachusetts combating rising food prices by growing their own wheat. I think it’s great that they’re thinking outside the box. The thing is, I live in California. Has anyone heard about businesses on the Westcoast that are doing similar things?
