Jumbo Chicken Satay Burrito at New York Sub

Perfectly grilled chicken (crusty and still juicy), lettuce, tomato, garlic sauce, extra hot sauce, in a flour tortilla. After assembly, he puts the burrito back on the grill to crisp the whole package. An excellent sandwich.

I'm all about the jumbo eggplant with cheese, then add spinach

I actually prefer the lamb version - seems to go better with the hot sauce (which tends to overwhelm the chicken).
Possibly the best 'hot sandwich' in town.

The lamb sounds good too. I'll try that next time. Thanks for the tip.

I agree they are great...but not grilled, more like griddled -- he cooks them on a hot flat-top in a puddle of oil...I love the white sauce, basically a mixture of sour cream and mayo, somehow is really complimentary...

I was trying to think of the word that described how he cooks it. Griddled it is.

Hey acd123, I was in there yesterday, had the lamb, and although I think "griddled" stands the menu board does say "grilled"...
