Fork Restaurant on Market St. Within walking distance from your hotel also.

      3 questions:
Will you have transportation within the city?
      How old are your children?
      What is your budget?

Without knowing that here are some ideas:

      Chloe (in your area, delicious)
      Reading Terminal Market (kid haven)
Standard Tap (good for kids, especially early, great local beers)
Franklin Fountain (for ice cream in your area, great for kids)
Amada (make reservations early, in your area)

Amada would be a great choice for all...kids may be bored though due to adult venue

Society Hill Hotel Restaurant at 3rd and Chestnut has everything from Sandwiches/Burgers to entrees and would be fine with kids
