Instanbul Restaurant or Canard Restaurant in Tokyo
I ate at canard and reviewed it for a newspaper many years ago, lets just say I haven't been back. It is the kind of place that is so small you have to hunch your shoulders while you eat food that is not very good. There are many small French places that are much better. If you like Turkish (and Arab) food go to Carthago near Nakano station. The owner chef "Kareem" is Japanese but his cooking is better than most of the "native" places.
