Any one a reasonalble place to purchase in the NYC area? I went to my local health food store garden in greenpoint and they wanted around 12 dollars for a small container, is this really the going rate?

Curious, why would you want a refined oil as opposed to unrefined?

unrefined oils have a lower smoke point than refined oils. Refined oils can stand a much higher heat on the stove
