Grilled chicken wing recipe: Temp and Time?
Thinking of making a batch of grilled chicken wings this weekend on my (charcoal) grill.
Anyone think of time and temp?
I think a quick rub and then a good dousing of Maull's BBQ sauce.
I always follow Bittman's method of grilling wings. Flavor any way you like, then grill indirect for about 15 minutes, move to direct heat for 5. The indirect heat method helps render the fat which results in nicely browned and delicious wings
