However, Amazon has numerous copies starting at $7.95, and the libraries I checked (about 20 around the country from Atlanta to Fairbanks) all had it. General comments about the books, kudos, pans, etc. can all go into this thread. Specific recipes may be discussed in the thread for each book. I hope some kind soul will post any relevant on-line recipes. Thanks.
