HELL'S KITCHEN TEASER

So what happened to the supposed romance that we were promised last week in the teaser. I don't particularly care about any possible romance, wasn't looking forward to the who, what, why, when and where - but I do care that they do this, and then nothing.

And the whole delivery thing - the point was???????

I've been a big fan of the show, but it's getting worse instead of better, and more like Survivor every week.

I don't remember the romance promise. Can someone jog my memory?

At the end of last week's show, when they were showing what was to come this week, they showed Louross sitting on a stoop with Corey and he's brushing a strand of hair off her face- or something like that, with the announcer alluding to a romance in the kitchen.

Maybe they decided to re-edit. Not much point in starting a romance storyline with someone who got sent home as soon as it started.

What shocks me most about this year is not how bad they are at cooking but that they all smoke!

Several of the Top Chef contestants also smoke. However, they can actually cook.

Huh??? The teaser was last week, so both of the people involved were still there this week.

Yes, that is why I thought maybe they decided re-edit and not bother with that story.

I felt a little cheated about missing the romance thing as well. At first I thought I had missed it on a bathroom break, but after talking to a couple of other people who watched it, it just wasn't there.

And speaking of teasers.... who is this chef they are adding to the mix? I could see it being Julia -- but I sure hope it isn't.

I agree, it's becoming worse every season and Gordon is set to implode! Much prefer Top Chef (b/c they actually can cook) and the British version of Kitchen Nightmares. Were do they find such arrogant and untalented people?
