We moved our office recently to Dundas St. West in Etobicoke - basically just east of Cloverdale mall - Dundas and 427.

Find a decent bowl of soup for lunch - maybe a sandwich in this trading area!? Must be casual , quick and under $8per person. Roughly bordered by: 427 to Kipling; North Queen to Bloor.

First failed forays include:
Cloverdale Mall
Chain restaurants on Dundas (yes there is swiss chalet)
Wallys
The Thai place next to the porn shop
Royal Meats
Stari Grad - serbian deli
Kisoya - korean/sushi

All suggestions welcome. Its a true culinary wasteland

Not sure about their soup selection, but for good sandwiches at a good price (Smoked Meat is terrific), try the Montreal Deli on Dundas just west of the 427.
