Need help..short trip...MUST eat.

I am a former New Yorker. I have not been back in 3 years. I know much has opened and closed in that time.

I am only coming for four days. Open to suggestions. MUST have Dim Sum and a trip up to Barney Greengrass. Other than that we are completely open to suggestions.
