Is Yummy Yummy yummy yummy?

A friend wants to meet at this Inner Sunset spot. Driven by a million times, but never been. Is it yummy? Other Inner Sunset spots to try?

I tried the Banh Xeo, Shaking Beef, and Imperial rolls. I liked the imperial rolls best, but found the other 2 to be subpar. Decent option in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't seek it out.

I like the 5 spice chicken in pho or bun at PPQ. I didn't care for the Bun Bo Hue but the Pho Bo is ok.

Yummy Yummy has a much more extensive menu though.

yummy yummy is great. many of their grilled meat dishes and curries are outstanding, and the long time staff are extremely friendly. i am not a pho afficianado, but i like theirs just fine by me. this place is a gem - especially considering portion and price.

The Pho Bo is only so-so, IMO...

PPQ, just a little further down (just past 19th), is much better.
