Are there any reasonably priced good places to eat breakfast that are located near the Omni Parker Hotel on School Street?

It's weird, but Boston is a little chow-deficient in the breakfast department, especially around that area.

Elephant and Castle is a pub in the Financial District that serves reliably not-horrible breakfast fare and adequate coffee. Also in the Financial District is Flat Black, a better-than-average local indy coffee roaster; their coffee is better than their baked goods, but everything is at least serviceable.

A 10- or 15-minute walk would get you to Beacon Hill's Charles Street, where you'd have a few more moderately-priced choices: Panificio (pastries and egg 'n' griddle fare with a lightly European twist), the Paramount (greasy spoon turned faux greasy spoon; full disclosure: I haven't been), Cafe Vanille (hit-or-miss French pastries, I like their apricot sunburns), and Beacon Hill Bistro (more expensive, but very good European-style breakfast fare and excellent dark roast coffee).

Also about a 15-minute walk would get you to the North End, home to a number of great Italian Caffes. My two current favorites to sit at are Caffe Vittoria and Caffe Paradiso.

This also depends on whether it's a weekday or the weekend. On weekdays, there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants that are open for breakfast, but they are definitely closed on the weekends. I'm talking about the financial district "downtown". If you go into residential areas (Beacon Hill, Back Bay, North End), some of which are tourist areas too, then more things are open.
However, your hotel is in the financial district. If you head down School Street there is a bagel place just down the street from your hotel. For hot breakfasts, many of the little deli places do this on the weekdays, for example, "Deli One" on Arch Street (near the corner of Franklin St.). there are some upscale takeout places all over the financial district too - the chain "Cosi" is one, and another is "Sebastians" so you can Google these and get their locations. Another idea is the hotels. The Parker House probably offers breakfast. Also right down School Street near your hotel there is a large Borders Books. Right inside they have a coffee bar, and they have some pastries.
