Please help me in my quest to find the best crab rangoon in the Boston area.

Thai Moon in Arlington Center, hands down, no question!

You might try Zenna Noodle Bar in Brookline near Coolidge Corner. I think they make the best one's I've had and I usually go to Chef Chows once a week. Never tried the GT ones.

It's been a few years, but I seem to recall that Pho Republique takes an original spin on Crab Rangoon. Not traditional, but unique. Your quote marks say it all, though-- "best" crab rangoon is like "best" chop suey...

I like Chef Chow's on Harvard St in Brookline.

My favorites are from Bejing Duck in Braintree. They make them in house and they really filled them. I understand that Blue 22 in Quincy makes some quality rangoons as well.

Golden Temple in Brookline, hands down the best, it's real crab and doesn't have any cream cheese taste.

I was thinking the same thing. Would someone elaborate on what makes the ones at Golden Temple so good?
