Choucroute

Can anyone recommend a good place for Choucroute in/around Boston this weekend. I know of Sandrine's, but I think there is a festival, so I'm trying to avoid the crowds!

    IMHO, Sandrine's is better than Brasserie Jo anyday... their chef is from Alsace, and it's so much nicer in atmosphere... Harvard Square does have it's May Day celebration this weekend, but Sandrine's is not located on one of the streets that the festival takes place on, so I don't think you'd have any trouble with crowding.

      Brasserie JO! The Back Bay location is fantastic ~ walking distance from Newbury Street and Copley. And I LOVE their martinis! Yum.

        I second Brasserie Jo - the few times that I have had it there they even used the necessary juniper berries! Yum!
