yogurtland is open on bleeker st.

I read on a post that someone wanted to know when yogurtland was opening. I could not find the original thread so I thought I would post this to let those curious know.

My kids haven't stopped raving about it since they went last week. And yes, the taro was the flavor of choice.

I think that 16 Handles in EV is better. The yogurt is creamier and fresher tasting.

I agree with erin214. I've been to Yogurtland and 16 Handles multiple times and think the latter has better quality yogurt and a better variety of toppings. The only downside to 16 Handles, though, is that they don't have the taro flavor and give out wooden rather than plastic spoons, which I don't like, even if they are better for the environment.

I agree about the wooden spoons! it was not pleasant to eat with at all. I would bring my own spoon next time!

The peanut butter flavour at 16 handles is really good.

it's soooo good! and so much fun. you serve yourself and pay by the weight. you can put toppings but the yogurt is so good you don't need them! they have regular flavors and then tart versions, which are delicious. an interesting flavor is taro which was one of my favorites. yogurtland is a great new addition to nyc and bleecker street!
