August, Perilla, or Deborah for Brunch. Thoughts?

Gonna be in town from DC visiting a friend that lives in the village... I did a quick search for brunch places and I havent been to any of these (been to Jane, good, Balthazar, and Blue Ribbon).

Do you all have any thoughts on any of these?

    I was very dissapointed with the portions at Perrilla. The food was delicious but the portions were tiny. I am not a glutton by any means but I left pretty hungry. I like Deborah's brunch. It works nothing fancy but good comfort food.

      I LOVE the duck burger for brunch at Perilla. Portions sizes seemed quite generous when we've been there. I haven't been to the two other places for brunch so I can't comment on them.

      I haven't been to Perilla for brunch. I like Deborah and August, but they're very different. Deborah is bigger portions, bigger flavors, and the room is tiny and brightly-colored. I guess I'd steer you more in the direction of August, which has more interesting food and nicer atmosphere--cozy front room and a nice glassed-in garden out back.
