Best Dominican breakfast in Washington Heights

My wife and I are going to be walking the length of Broadway in Manhattan tomorrow and would love to start the day off with a filling Dominican breakfast in Washington Heights. Any particular notables, with major points for being on Broadway.

I read some good reviews of Tipico Dominicana, but it seems like it's lunch and dinner, primarily.

NY Mag ran an article on the Heights that mentioned that Tipico had a breakfast special for $2.25. From NY Mag: "Its breakfast special is hard to beat: two eggs, home fries, toast, juice, and coffee or tea, for $2.25."
