Dinner near Little Tokyo & Morrocan Lunch?

Hi,

We'll be in LA this weekend & need recommendation for a kid-friendly environment:

1. Dinner nearby little Tokyo area; say 10-15' drive. Preference: mediterranean or Japanese.

2. Moroccan lunch anywhere fr. OC to LA downtown. I looked at 5 good rated Moroccan restaurants; their menus look delicious but no lunch offer. :<( I'm still craving for the good Moroccan food that we just had couple months ago fr. Tagine in San Francisco. They were very friendly beside the divine bastilla& sweet mint tea.

Not in LA downtown, but I think Simon's Cafe is open for lunch. It's in Sherman oaks, right off the 405 near the pass

Suehiro or Hanaichimonme in Little Tokyo are both kid-friendly - casual atmosphere and kid-friendly options.
