Pom's Thai Taste, Portland
I was in Portland this past Sat, and was looking for somewhere to eat. I saw this place on Congress and stopped in and had a nice meal. I had a noodle bowl with the extra wide noodles, crispy duck and extra hot five spice brown broth along with a crunchy, spicy tuna roll and two orders of salmon. The bill was a wee bit pricy, (30 bucks), but I thought everything tasted good, the staff was very nice and the interior was clean and pleasant.
It wasn't until I got home that I found that there were two other Pom's in the area, both in South Portland, but this location, opened in January, is the only one with a sushi bar. Has anybody else been to the Congress location? I'm curious what other's thoughts are.

Based on theses two reviews, I thought I would try the South Portland Pom's for lunch. The sign on the door stated that lunch was served until 2:30 but since it was only 2:00 PM I figured it shouldn't be a problem. Upon entering, I was informed by a very unpleasant lady that I would have to be finished and out by 2:30. With that warm greeting I decided to try elsewhere. There are too many other restaurants in the area that aren't rude to customers and value their business..
