Dry sauteed string beans
Does anyone have a recipe for dry sauteed string beans as served at Wu Liang Ye in Manhattan? I've had this dish at several other locations, but the ones at Wu Liang Ye are truly "dry" sauteed, with a magic pork mixture called "Yibin city spice." And the string beans taste roasted rather than sauteed. I could eat a giant bowl of these in one sitting. Please help.
