Local Dinner for 10 people

One of many people coming in for the Jazz Festival --- all reservations are done except tomorrow night - looking for a real local place with good food. I like Franky & Johnny's and Jacques-Imos Cafe. Reservations is a must since we are 10 people .... thoughts? I know this is last minute.....

    If you're looking for a restaurant frequented mainly by locals, Maximo's on Decatur.
    maximosgrill.com You will need reservations. Nice ambiance, good food, reasonable.

      What about Liuzza's or Mandina's? Or try Mat n Naddie's, or Dante's Kitchen could definitely fit that many.

          I would consider Clancy's fine dining with prices to match. Liuzza's and Mandina's are neighborhood restaurants, about half the price, lots of fried seafood, poboys, etc. Mat n Naddies would be on par with Clancy's foodwise, more eclectic atmosphere. Dante's Kitchen is decent food, nice setting, not as expensive as Clancy's.
