Sticky to FL boards?
Can we sticky a recent threat in the FL boards?

We've got a ton of folks regularly looking for "local" Orlando foodie spots. It would be nice to have a running list to help with the frequent "coming to orlando" and "don't want chains in orlando" and "is there food outside of Disney" posts looking for the good local spots.
Recent poster (above) "couldn't find" recent posts on hotspots. I tried searching myself and they don't readily come up unless you know what restaurant to search for...hence the problem.

As a general rule, we don't sticky food posts. The food scene changes too quickly, and anointing a single thread to capture one aspect of that scene doesn't do it justice. The chosen thread becomes overly long and unwieldy, clogged with age old recommendations that may or may not still be valid.
That said, we'll eventually bring our expanded 'Read This First' stickies to our state and regional boards (we're still finishing the ones for our major urban boards), so if you've got search suggestions on how they can best find the discussions of the best locals dining, we'll keep it in mind for those stickies.
