A friend is traveling to Manhattan Thursday for two nights, and is looking for some good restaurants with "adventurous" dining...such as cockscombs, tongues, that sort of thing...any recommendations?
Do a search on the web for "gastronauts" - they eat weird food all over the city, the weirder, the better...Unfortunately, they'll say they had a great time, but not comment on the food! Includes restaurants and dishes.
Live sushi at Jewel Bako? Haven't been, but sounds adventurous to me.
