Looking for REALLY good pie in Philly or burbs....

Now that spring is here, I am absolutely craving delicous fruit pie.... peach, blueberry strawberry... bring them all on! I'm looking for fresh fruit, flaky crust, perfect amount of sweetness to tartness. I have found some good/decent pies locally, but nothing absolutely amazing? Any suggestions?

wow, pie selection is so personal....i love the amish pies at reading terminal, they always satisfy my fix. but then again, i would not call my self a pie know-it-all. i just like pie. :)

You are probably going to laugh at my suggestion, but I love good blueberry pie made with the little blueberries and whole foods has the best pies. They have small ones too so for me to feed 2 people that is great.

Go to Rollers in Chestnut Hill, they make great pies. Especially the strawberry rhubarb!

The Bakery House (a few doors down from Sola) has excellent pies. Our most recent purchase was a mini strawberry rhubarb pie. Yum.
