help for co-worker...bar with small plates...midtown east?

im taking out the women in my office for something afterwork...preferably a bar with some food ...preferably in midtown east...50s, 40s only.

the only place i was thinking was sakagura but i dont know if that will be lively enough...

any other ideas?
