A little further into Milford, actually right around the center, there's the Atlantique coffee shop which also sells wine or right around the corner is Bistro Basque.
Don't know of one in Stratford, but right across the river in Milford (and I mean right across) at 100 Lansdale Ave (near MacDonald's) is a place called Bin 100 that has, as the name suggests, a wine focus and serves both small and large plates.
