On May 15 at 9pm, WETA will air this show, which it says will highlight the following (and more):
Citronelle
Inn at Little Washington
Minibar
Nora
and a bunch of steak houses, including Ray's.

I got it in the mail. Not sure where you can get it otherwise -especially when the first showing is tomorrow. Sorry!

Edit: Thought mine in the mail was a mass mailing or something and figured most had it.

The list of restaurants is more complete online, but the description of the show is more full in the print version, fwiw.
