A very dear friend sent me some truffle oil and flash frozen foie gras slices. I have a couple of ideas for a wonderful dinner, but thought I'd take the conversation to the hounds.What would you make?/
Can I come over?
I would sear the foie and make a berry compote to dress it with. I would use the truffle oil and make risotto. I would use the risotto as a side for probably a grilled steak or veal chop with arugula.
hmm maybe sear the foie gras and serve it along side a salad with a truffle oil vinaigrette
