Inexpensive Dinner in South Jersey area Monday Night

jwax77 Apr 21, 2008 11:44 AM

I am looking for a decent, somewhat inexpensive dinner in the South Jersey area tonight (Monday Night) somewhere between Philly and Trenton, NJ. My GF and I want to meet a friend and his wife 1/2 between the two areas. Any suggestions? It could be South Jersey or somewhere down 95, but for traffic reasons, something off of 295 would be the best!

Someone mentioned Aloe Fusion in Cherry Hill. Anyone have any experiences to share?

Haven't been to Aloe Fusion. The fact that that location has had 3 Thai restaurants in a row that have failed has made me a bit leery. Are these the same people each time, or new owners/name?
I can't think of anything halfway that is inexpensive and opened on Monday might. In Cherry Hill, you could try Little Thai Kitchen at the intersection of Greentree & Springdale. It's BYOB and pretty good. There is also Pho Eden in that same shopping center, and that is good as well. If you're up for diner food, there is always Mastoris Diner in Bordentown. Not the best diner in the area, but they do have a huge selection with something for everyone. That's right off of 295, and easy for both parties to get to.

Thanks. Right now we are booked at Aloe. Although, we may end up at Norma's Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Restaurant or Forno Pizzaria & Grille. Both have fantastic reviews on Yelp... we will see. Wherever I end up, I will post on here.

We ended up going to Norma's Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Restaurant and it was amazing. Very good food and for four of us (completely stuffed) it cost $120. I highly recommend it to those in the area looking for some good cuisine.
