Party of 10 on a Fri night?

Looking for both great atmosphere and food, preferably downtown (anywhere from E. Village, LES, meatpacking...). Recommendations so far include Buddakan (not a fan), Spice Market & Pylos. Any other suggestions?

        I think Spice Market is overpriced and the service is slapdash. For similar food, but less expensive and with better service, I recommend Chow Bar.
