Las Vegas Trip

There's no Las Vegas board, so I hope it is ok for me to post this here.

Boyfriend and I are taking a 3 days trip to Vegas. Here is my initial eating plan:

Friday (leaving LA in the morning)
Lunch @ Wynn Buffet.
Dinner @ Lotus of Siam.
Late night @ Mix Lounge (Mandalay Bay)

Saturday
Late breakfast @ Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant
Dinner 1 @ Bouchon (Venetian): Dish to order - Petit Plateau ($58) and wine
Dinner 2 @ Bubble Bar (Caesars Palace: Dish to order - Guy Savoy's 4 items small bite ($40) and champagne
Watch a show
If not too tired after th show, go to Peppermill lounge bar.

Sunday
Brunch buffet @ Planet Hollywood's
Then head back to LA.

What do you guys think of the restaurant choices?
Any more suggestions? Or suggestion on dishes to order at these places?
Thanks in advance~~~~

After doing more research, we decided to change 2nd night's dinner to Rosemary's Restaurant. Reading the great review on Yelp makes me drool.

The only restaurant you mention that I've actually eaten at is Lotus of Siam, which of course is well worth it.

But drinks at Mix are also a great call....(although not a cheap one :-) Great view of the strip. If you go, do NOT fail to use the restroom under any circumstances. Trust me on this one.

I concur with Honeychan. I've had more breakfasts in LV at Blueberry Hill than anyplace else, and they've always been solid with good service regardless of location. For some reason I don't think I've given them props around here, so thanks for jogging the memory bank.

PLEASE post a comparison of the Wynn and PH boofays. PH is currently top of my list, but if Wynn is worth the extra $ I'll head there my next time in town.

LOS and Blueberry Hill are your best choices, IMHO. Peppermill is only allright, it's great for the atmosphere mainly.

At LOS, see if mangos are good, and don't miss the mango sticky rice dessert! It's the best thing there!
