In Search of Milk Fed Whole Lamb (2-3 wks old)

My DH dreams of eating baby lamb the way he used to in Spain where he grew up. There, apparently it's not too difficult to buy baby goat or lamb that's so young that it's only been fed milk, ideally under 3 weeks old. I've been searching high and low but can't seem to find a local source for buying lamb that young. Can anyone help me? Even if it's not whole, as long as it's less than 3 weeks old and has only been fed milk, it would be great.

After much searching, I also found another source: Copeland Family Farms [phone] and they have both cabrito (baby goat) and lamb from week 1 on up for sale.
