Best wine list in Fairfield County?

I am looking for a restaurant with a wine list that will knock my socks off. Lower Fairfield County (Norwalk - New Canaan - Stamford - Greenwich) is preferred.

Price is no object, I am looking for great wines, rare wines, regional and varietal diversity, and a knowledgeable staff.

I am also a HUGE wine lover! Probably the best combination of both would be Rebeccas in Greenwich. They have great food and a terrific wine list. Mostly Ca. but they have everything from Cult Cabs as well as hard to get Pinots. They also have a nice selection of 375s. I'm trying to do a wine dinner there in the next few months.

Rowayton Seafood also has a nice selection.

Thomas Henkelman has a good list but the food and wine are way overpriced. Same with Vallbella.

Go to Osetra - check out the wine list. Don't know the vineyard? That's OK because they have wines that are over the top - by the glass and bottle -- small vineyards - they have a resident sommelier and they don't gouge you. How cool is that.
While you are there, check out the small plates.

Fat Cat in Norwalk has been listed by MSN as having one of the best wine lists in the country. They have quite a few of their own as well.

Try Molliere in South norwalk. They have an entire bar dedicated to upscale wines.
