A Question about BRINE and timing...

If I have two chicken breasts and brine them for the recommended two hours can I rinse them and cook tomorrow or does it have to be done on the same day?

  1. You can rinse and reserve. You could even freeze them if they are fresh to begin with.

      I've actually tried freezing pork and chicken in the brine, and it worked marvelously.
