511061 Sat Apr 19 23:53:06 -0700 2008 0 44 South Asia 0 3611430 in a week's time i'm heading to india - flying into delhi and out of mumbai - and hopefully seeing as many places in between as i can, including agra, jaipur, ahmadabad and bangalore. we really have nothing booked yet - so, any insight? either on specific restaurants in these cities worth trying, or general recommendations on specific dishes i should get in particular regions. i know the very, very basics about northern vs. southern cuisine, but that's about it. many thanks!!
