Sergio's in San Ramon CA.
I had a great lunch there today. I had the salmon nicose salad, with a simple ice tea. My sis had the alfreddo with a great house Chard. Then came the chocolate mousse shots, topped with a lemon drop vodka shot.
Wonderful!!!!!!!!!

The website mentions that they serve wild game but nothing on the actual menu. Have you tried the pizza (also missing from the menus).
They list a two-course early bird menu for about $16 bucks
They once had a location in Rockridge in Oakland before moving to San Ramon. Don't see any reports about the old location though. The website says they are planning to expand. A restaurant is opening in Tracy this year with locations in Livermore, Lafayette and San Francisco planned.

I agree. I have eaten there twice in the last month and have found Sergio's to be a terrific neighborhood place. I have enjoyed a pork chop special as well as the chicken marsala. Both were delicious and a nice portion. The service was excellent both times and I liked the fact that the owner (Sergio I am assuming) was out front greeting people and making sure that a good experience was had by all. When I was there the last time for dinner, they were giving out free glasses of wine for people that didn't have a reservation and had to wait. I also loved the complimentary limocello and chocolate mousse at the end. I will definitely be back.
