There have been some good reviews of Red Hat in Irvington on these boards lately. I haven't been yet, but a search will get you some info. Also, sometime next month the Half Moon should be opening in the old Charthouse location on Dobbs Ferry. The view there looks amazing...

Right in Tarrytown there is Sunset Cove and the Striped Bass, both right on the water with great views (near the train station). I've enjoyed meals at both of them. I like to bring out of town guests to either one so that they can see the beautiful Hudson! They have seafood, chicken, pasta, etc., a variety of dishes.
